Q: I can't seem to save the bones I've won.

A: For any game you play, you can only save one score. You can play again, and if you get a higher score then save that - but it will replace the earlier lower score. It is not possible to just keep playing over and over, and collecting more bones. So the only way to get more is play better and save your highest scores, also collect them in the Bone Hunt whenever that appears on the site.


Q: I can't access my account

A: Just go to the register page and click on password reminder - we'll send you your password to the email you gave us. Then you can login and edit any of your registration details. Please note all usernames and passwords are case sensitive so please check your caps lock is not on.


Q: Why can't purchase items from the Pets Cafe?

A: Make sure you have enough bones to purchase the items you want and all email and personal details are accurate. The email address you use must be the one you have registered to the site with.


Q: When will I be able to collect more bones?

A: We will run different games and competitions on the site to give you the opportunity to collect extra bones so just keep your eye's peeled!
