There's already a line under our names if you look at it. Wouldn't an underscore get like.. hidden by it? And it doesn't really make a difference for it to have an underscore.

Actually, I think it gives you a double looking line where the underscore is, but I'm not positive... and it shows up differently on quoted posts, but that's about the only difference.

Nah, I used to be You_stupid_boy and the underscore is hidden by the line. I changed it just because I didn't like the spacing and I'm now You stupid boy. It won't look much different Saprkles, the spacing will just look a bit odd.

If you have underscores or spaces, your name will show up the same in your posts. It's only different when someone quotes your post... even then, it's a really minor detail and (if you ask nicely) Nevvie will grant you a cosmetic change to take them away or add them.

So after Lucretia stole my account and I had to change my name back, I changed to to Nevermore (capital N) without really thinking about it. Now it's bugging me, because I've been nevermore (lowercase n) for so many many years.
