Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, when Dobby dies. I am a wreck, it just rips my heart out.
I'm sure there are others and I'll post them soon but that's the only one I can think of right now.
i cry at everything, all of the time. xD
i cried at harry potter and the half blood prince, when dumbledore died, and also at harry potter and the deathly hollows, pretty much when everyone died. xD snap and fred especially.
the entire noughts and crosses series, i cried at various different points of all four books. for different reasons. o.o
let's get lost - i was a total wreck the first time i read the ending of that.
my sister's keeper & change of heart, both by jodi piccoult.
i'll think of more things later o:

I don't really cry at books. It's strange, cos I can be quite a teary person. I get sad, but there's no waterworks :)
The only book I can think of is Charlotte's Web. The line at the end saying how Charlotte died alone just got to me :o

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (natch).
The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas
err I can't really think of any others. It's mostly films that make me bawl my eyes out. Actually, I think "Grave of the Fireflies" is based on a book. I could be wrong. THAT is the film that makes me cry, non-stop, all the way through. So if the book exists, I haven't read it, but that still counts. :p
nobody cares

Oh gosh, I am a giganto-wuss. :( I cry pretty much for any book I read. Sometimes I cry when I get to the end of a book just because it's over. Like I said, giganto-wuss. I think some of the biggest culprits are:
Harry Potter, pretty much any book from Goblet of Fire onward. The longest-running bout of Harry Hysterics I ever had was the death of Sirius and Harry's resulting rage at Dumbledore. I've been there. I've felt that. I felt for him, too.
ASoUE, I cried like a baby for the death of Dewey, as well as in The End, the stuff involving Olaf and Kit. Just... wah.
And hands down, the biggest crier of all time is The Last Unicorn, which I have been ON YOU GUYS FOREVER TO READ  and no one ever does, and I am dead serious, it's easily one of the best books ever written, of all time, end of story. I read it once a year and still end up a sloppy mess by the end of the book because it's so friggin beautiful and tragic and touching and ... bah. NONE OF YOU WILL UNDERSTAND because none of you will listen to me and read the book.

I cried when i was reading the book Chinese Cinderella, when her duck died, she was forced to face her friends with blood and tears on her face - mainly because of the horrible way she was treated - and it's a true story

OMG,I own The Last Unicore Nevvie!!I'll definitely read it!!I didn't know it was that good!!
Books I cried at the ending of are:
The Fire Thief fights back...at the end when...wah!!I won't say it cuz it would spoil it for someone else, but I cried a lot...so hated the ending.I never hate the endings of books, but I simply hated the ending of The Fire Thief trilogy.
And Harry Potter the Deathly Hallows ending when Fred died I cried so hard...:(why did he have to die??
And the end of The Last Olympian when Luke died.Wahhh!!
And in "The Final Problem" short Sherlock Holmes story, when Holmes supposedly dies and Watson runs back to the waterfall calling out to him...Holmes really doesn't dye but it's so sad and I feel so sorry for Watson because he probably thinks that if was there he might have saved him...
More but I can't think of them right now...

It was especially frustrating because it was a teacher guy I wasn't terribly fond of, and when he saw me reading it one day, I thought he was teasing me (because the title sounds so sappy, I know, I know), and then came to find out that he really liked the book and all I could think was "Really? You? You. Seriously. You. The only other person I've found who has read Peter Beagle and loves him, and it's you."
Then there was the daughter of one of my co-workers at the library (the daughter was my age, my co-worker was older), and that was a breath of fresh air because she introduced me to a bunch of his other stuff, including Tamsin, a book so fantastic I want to have two daughters just so I can name one of them Tamsin (the other is reserved for Charlotte Anne. God I'm I literary geek...). Where was I going with this? Ah! She went to comic-con in san diego one year and Peter Beagle was there, and she bought me a book of his short stories and took a picture of him autographing it for me. Bliss. I adore his writing so much. :o

There is lots of books I have cried at. I don't know what it is about them but it must be because they are written so well. Here are some of them:-
-Percy Jackson and the Last Olympian when Luke dies
-Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince when dumbeldore dies
-Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows when Doby, Fred, Lupin, Tonks, Bellatrix and everybody else dies.
-House of Night when Stevie Rae died. I knew she was going to but it didn't stop me from balling my eyes out when it came to that part
-Of Mice and Men when George killed Lennie. It was sooo sad but it was nicer for George to do it and he had to.

In the House of Night I cried when Stevie-Rae died, too. More because she and Damien were the only two characters in the series that did not annoy the total crap out of me, than missing her as a character. But that part was very well written.

Oh Kingdom Hearts, I feel your pain! When Rue died I was literally bawling. I was also on the way to the beach, and I'm screaming "KILL CATO! KILL HIM! RUE CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE DEAD! NOOOOOO!" and my relatives were like "Okaaaaaaaaaaaay maggie..."
Also, I cried at the end of Life as We Knew it. I adore that book!
Another big one was Atherton: Rivers of Fire.(the 2nd in the Atherton series) Basically you have this troubled scientist who finally becomes at peace with what he created, and uses his dying breath to push his son to safety. I was crying then too, but mostly because of the sheer sweetness of the moment.
EDIT: Oh, could we put the stuff about people dying in spoiler tags from now on? Thanks

I have actually cried at a far few books. This is why I read alone in my bedroom - I can bawl my eyes out and no-one will know XD
*House of Night (P.C and Kristen Cast), when Stevie Ray dies Seriously, she was like, the only non-mary-sue in the series. Ad the bit with the candles... I was bawling for a good while :o
*Cirque du Freak (Darren Shan), when Sam is murdered by the Wolf man, and Darren is sobbing over his half-dead body and Crepley starts going on about saving his soul and having to drink his blood and Darren goes mental and... gahh :'(
*Lucky Star (Cathy Cassidy), when Mouse finds out Cat is only twelve and he can't look her in the eyes and she is pleading with him and stuff :(
Actually, ALL of Cathy Cassidys books have made me cry at some point. But only Lucky Star and Angel Cake really stand out.
*Diamond of Drury Lane (Julia Golding), when Sid confesses his love for Cat. Nuff said.
*Peter Pan (J.M.Barrie), when Tink dies, and Peter starts pleading and sobbing. I clap EVERY TIME. Even though I know she gets better, I still stat to cry and am all 'NOOOO! *much clapping*'
*Heaven Sent (Meg Cabot), the last book in the Mediator series, when Jesse's body is brought back and Suze has no idea what to do then his ghost disappears and she goes into hysterics and When her dad's ghost finally passes on
*Ella Enchanted (Gail Carson Levine), when The curse is broken and she falls sobbing into Chars arms
*My Sister Jodie (Jacqueline Wilson), when Jodie falls out of the window to her death
I sound like such a weepy nutter...
