I was just wondering if it were possible to add a comments bit to the events bit. It would start afresh everyday, of course, but y'know ... could there? :o :)

Like, to the calender? I don't think so. It's just a little vBulletin bonus feature that was more or less useless until I decided to do a holiday per day. I'm pretty certain that's about as high tech as it gets.

However, if someone wanted to make a thread in Pet's Cafe to discuss the holidays, you're certainly more than welcome to. :) Personally, I think it would be fun to have a laugh together over the stupid ones, make suggestions for ways to celebrate, or, if the holiday is something special for your region/culture, some additional information about the day/festivities would be really interesting. I've kind of been hoping that someone would like the holidays enough to make a thread about them, actually... :o

I was just about to ask if we could make holiday suggestions! :D I love reading the holidays (today's made me do a double take), they're perfect for the trivia-loving part of my soul. :D

Oh by all means yes! Someone go make a thread, because I would LOVE to get suggestions from you all. I find lots and lots of North American holidays, but it's hard to find stuff for other countries (I find something once in a while, but not nearly as often as I would like). I would be more than happy to take your suggestions. They don't have to be for this month, either. I can mark our calender as far into the future as I like, so I'll happily start filling in December holidays now. :)
